Yogada Ashram provides aid of ₹25 lakh to flood victims of Uttarakhand

Dehradun: Swami Ishwarananda Giri , General Secretary of Yogada Satsang Society of India, met Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami in Dehradun for the Uttarakhand victims. On this occasion, Swami Ishwarananda presented some texts related to the spiritual heritage of Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda Ji to the Chief Minister and also handed over a cheque of Rs 25 lakh for the Chief Ministers Relief Fund, so that relief work can be done in the situation of floods caused by continuous rains in Uttarakhand.

The Chief Minister honored the Swami and presented him with a shawl and also informed him about the relief work being done by the state government in the flood affected areas. The Chief Minister praised and thanked the contribution made by the Yogada Satsang Society of India for the relief work.
