Kap’s Cafe, owned by popular comedian Kapil Sharma, has come under attack once again, just weeks after a similar incident. The café, located at 85 Avenue and Scott Road in Surrey, Canada, was riddled with at least six bullet holes in the early hours of Thursday, leaving nearby residents shaken and prompting an urgent police investigation.
This marks the second shooting in less than a month targeting the same establishment, reigniting concerns about rising extortion threats and violence in the area.
Local residents reported hearing multiple gunshots around 4:30 a.m. Speaking to CityNews 1130, Bob Singh, who lives nearby, shared, “I saw it from my patio. I heard five or six shots and then saw the cops arrive.” Another resident, Michelle Gaucher, said she heard eight gunshots and saw the area blocked off by emergency vehicles soon after.
“The café had already been shot up just a few weeks ago. Its terrifying,” she added.
